This website is provided for informational purposes only. Orders are not placed directly through this website. Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a confirmed order.

3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including photographs, images, designs, logos, text, and branding, is the property of RoxyRara Cakes unless otherwise stated. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

4. Orders, Deposits & Payment
All orders are bespoke. A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure the date. Full payment must be received before any work commences.

For wedding orders, full payment is required by the agreed payment date and before production begins. Dates are not secured until the deposit has been received.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the bespoke and time-sensitive nature of our work, all payments are non-refundable.

Refunds, if offered, are entirely at the discretion of RoxyRara Cakes and assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Wedding orders are strictly non-refundable due to the preparation, design work, consultation time, and date reservation involved.

6. Changes to Orders
Any changes to an order must be requested as early as possible and are subject to availability and approval. Additional charges may apply.

7. Allergen Information
Allergen information is available on request. While care is taken when preparing allergen-aware products, our kitchen handles all 14 declarable allergens and we cannot guarantee the absence of traces. Customers must inform us of any allergies prior to ordering.

8. Photography & Marketing
We reserve the right to photograph our work and use images for our website, portfolio, and social media. If you would prefer images of your order not to be shared, please inform us at the time of ordering.

9. Limitation of Liability
RoxyRara Cakes shall not be held liable for allergic reactions or adverse effects where allergen information has been provided or made available on request. Our liability is limited to the value of the order.

10. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to events

beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, extreme weather, power failure, venue issues, or acts of God.
